Job Description
- Mengatur, menginput, memeriksa, opname serta mengeluarkan kas kecil setiap hari.
- Menerima, memeriksa, mengatur jadwal serta melakukan pembayaran dari pembelian barang dan jasa.
- Menyiapkan laporan keuangan dan managerial bulanan cabang.
- Melakukan stock opname setiap bulan.
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank harian bulanan.
- Membuat rekapitulasi PPH masa.
- Pembuatan bukti potong PPh 23 dan PP4 4 (2) Unifikasi.
- Melakukan penutupan akhir bulan.
- Melakukan filling dokumen atas seluruh transaksi keuangan cabang.
- Berkomunikasi dan bekerjasama dengan pusat.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Keuangan atau Akuntansi
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Finance Accounting (Freshgraduate dengan pengalaman magang dipersilakan melamar)
- Mampu untuk mengaplikasikan sistem Accurate atau Hashmicro (menjadi nilai tambah)
- Mampu mengoperasikan MS. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Bisa bekerjasama dalam tim
- Cekatan, teliti, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab
- Bersedia untuk penempatan di Cabang Yogyakarta (Banguntapan)
