Job Description

  • Bookkeeping (in-and out of cash flow)
  • Delivering monthly financial reports per department and quarterly performance business report compared to budget (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
  • Inputting daily transactions, daily payments
  • Petty cash management
  • Creating invoices
  • Liaising for laporan pajak
  • Administrative work as per required by the CEOs
  • Responsible for the company tax operations
  • Ensure that every tax calculation and payment is in accordance with tax regulations
  • Assist in checking the compliance, correctness and accuracy in tax calculation, payment and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degrees in Taxation/Finance Management/Accounting/Fiscal Administration
  • Minimum 1 year of total working experience of Accounting & Tax experience will be an advantage
  • Brevet A & B Certified (Brevet C certified will be an advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge of local tax regulations
  • Proficient skills in Ms office especially Ms. Excel
  • Able to use accounting software - XERO, Accurate.
  • Willing to do WFO policy (Tangerang Selatan)
  • Available to join ASAP
