Job Responsibilities
Looking for a Finance & Accounting professional to manage our internal financial operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations. This role will be central to maintaining accurate records, producing timely reports, and supporting the leadership team with actionable financial insights
- Prepare and maintain weekly financial trackers and internal reports.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both internal stakeholders and compliance purposes.
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across business units.
- Monitor expenses and highlight cost-saving opportunities without impacting operations.
- Deliver financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with founders and senior leadership, providing concise financial updates.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants when required.
- Maintain well-organized, audit-ready financial documentation.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (audit or financial advisory).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end financial reporting (weekly, monthly, annual).
- Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Comfortable working with frequent reporting cycles in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting tools such as Jurnal, Xero, or Accurate is a plus.
- Self-driven, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working directly with C-level executives
