TRUST is looking for Field Road Supervisor (Site Manager), that will grow with us by:
- Install and supervise the deployment of Tough-Cells on-site.
- Collaborate with contractors, supervisors, and client teams.
- Prepare and inspect installation sites (drainage, leveling, etc.).
- Operate or oversee use of necessary tools and equipment.
- Ensure high-quality work through supervision and documentation (daily reports, QC checks).
- Support engineering evaluations through tests and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in road construction and site supervision.
- Preferably experienced in geotechnical system installation and QA.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and adhering to specs.
- Familiar with construction site safety and protocols.
- Willing to travel locally/internationally.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Available to join in August 2025
