Job Description
- Manage operational productivity and efficiency to achieve profitability
- Monitor key metrics and develop action plans to achieve company objectives
- Plan, control, and monitor operational budget to align with business plan
- Enhance operation's business process and make improvement when necessary
- Collaborate with functional units of an organization to integrate new or existing services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a similar field with min. 5 years of experiences in similar field
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Excellent leadership and people development skill
- Excellent data analytics skill. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as: Tableau, SAP, Redash, or similar tools would be an advantage
- Result-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Willingnes to travel frequently as required by project locations
- Available to work weekends and extended hours as necessary.
- Experience in retail industry is a plus.
