Job Description
- Conduct data analysis for and manage fleet allocation and performance data
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and cross-functional team to ensure an excellent execution of operations and store management
- Support store growth through excellent fleet allocations and analysis
- Monitor and resolve field operations issues, such as fraud case.
- Analyze profit and loss for each transaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business, Economics, Management, or Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheetss
- Data-driven with strong data analytics
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Capable of supervising field teams in multiple locations.
- Well-organized, able to multitask, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel frequently based on project needs.
- Available to work on weekends and extended hours.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
