Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with doctors Obygn
- Assist partner clinics in developing service strategies aligned with company standards.
- Deliver information and training on the company’s latest products, services, or programs to partner clinics.
- Identify additional training needs to support clinic performance improvement.
- Regularly monitor clinic target achievements.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for partner clinics and recommend improvements.
- Identify and resolve issues in the relationship between the company and partner clinics.
- Collect data and insights from partner clinics to support marketing and operational strategies.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure the success of programs involving partner clinics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Profession
- Experienced in creating, evaluating and developing cooperation program with hospitals/obgyn doctor/communities in Indonesia.
- Experienced in opening acquaintanceship and cooperation with hospitals/obgyn doctor/communities in Indonesia.
- Experienced in creating, implementing, and evaluating visit and promotional activity plan.
- Experienced in creating and presenting business/product & services presentation.
