Job Description
JALA is looking for a Farm Operation Manager who will be responsible for all management and operational activities in the farm, so you required to have strong leadership and communication skill.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for all farm management, including budget and manpower planning
- Acts as a problem solver for issues within the scope of responsibilities by integrating leadership, cultivation knowledge, experience, and new input
- Involved in planning with farm management and operational system
- Ensure farm's materials for cultivation needs are managed properly
- Conduct supervision to ensure the farm operations adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Generate technical and non-technical reports for the JALA Farm team
Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Fisheries or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- Strong knowledgeable about shrimp cultivation
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Excellent analytical thinking
