Job Description
Objective
To enhance the quality of proposals and building candidates through continuous improvement, expedite the delivery timeline for proposals and scouting, act as a key advisor in recommending the most suitable (or unsuitable) property lease options to users, maintain stringent budget control for proposed buildings, capital expenditures, and lease expenses, and foster seamless communication among all stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Deliver a comprehensive business case proposals for new and existing facility projects by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to justify recommendations.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal property/candidates options to users, advising on suitability.
- Accurately estimate and manage CAPEX and OPEX for all proposed facility options, ensuring budget adherence.
- Proactively manage proposal timelines and stakeholder expectations, ensuring efficient delivery and clear communication of progress.
- Maintain and analyze facility data (projections, capacity, lease timelines) to inform strategic decisions and optimize utilization.
- Foster and maintain excellent communication channels with all stakeholders throughout facility projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate real estate, facility management, project management, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven track record in developing business cases and financial models (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Experience with lease negotiation and real estate transaction processes.
