Job Description
- Lead facility maintenance team for Hub/Warehouse operations
- Oversee mechanical equipments (pumps, gensets, HVAC), electrical (panels, wiring, backup power), plumbing (water supply, drainage)
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage vendor coordination and budgets
- Ensure K3 safety compliance
- Train staff on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures
- Maintain maintenance record, control budgets and plan equipment upgrades
- Liaise with stakeholders and emergency response
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil Engineering or Facility Management
- 3+ years facility maintenance (warehouse/industrial) with 1+ year supervisory experience
- Technical expertise in Gensets & pumps, Electrical panels & wiring, Plumbing systems
- K3 & HVAC certifications preferred
- Ability to manage budgets for maintenance and repairs
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
