Job Description
- Oversee asset management, maintenance contracts, and policy development for company assets and workplace safety.
- Oversee the maintenance, tax renewals, transfers, and operational use of official and delivery vehicles.
- Oversee business travel arrangements and employee document management for domestic and international trips.
- Oversee insurance management for properties, vehicles, and cargo, including registration, renewals, claims, and document reviews.
- Oversee lease management for offices, branches, and employee accommodations, including agreement reviews and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee asset sales and ensure the availability of office and event supplies.
- Oversee vendor agreements and manage maintenance and repair schedules for building equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in asset management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in creating and managing budgets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle emergencies and urgent issues effectively.
- Fast response to urgent situations.
