Job Description
- Responsible for operational store related MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).
- Do Equipment planning and building facilities with company objective evaluation and business strategy.
- Responsible to control daily maintenance for equipment and building.
- Do Inspection of equipment and buildings for safety matters following K3 standards
- Identify equipment needs that must be repaired and solutions with PDCA (Plan Do Check Action)
- Reading and interpretation of drawings, sketches, diagrams and blueprints
- Handling emergency telephone response for maintenance and troubleshooting to complete minor repairs
- Perform administrative work as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical, Facility Management, or related field.
- Proven experience min. 3 years in facility management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of facility operations and best practices.
- Able to read working drawings and facility plans
- Experience as a Leader to lead some staff
- Proficiency in Ms. Office and facility management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication and Able to speak English
- Certification in Facility Management (CFM) is a plus.
- Willing to be schedule shifting follow operational hour of Mall.
- Willing to be place at AEON Store Sentul
