Job Description
- Manage a team to ensure optimal operation of UPSs, generators, fire systems, and leak detection systems.
- Conduct daily huddles to facilitate effective shift handovers.
- Review BMS alarms and coordinate 52 weeks of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
- Manage vendor activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and timely quotations.
- Oversee reactive work orders, ensuring timely closure within SLA.
- Provide 24/7 offsite support for breakdowns and conduct periodic campus walk-throughs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in team management.
- Background in electrical engineering (ideal).
- Familiarity with MEP equipment.
- Previous experience in facilities management (preferred) and in the banking industry (preferred).
- Flexible to travel to other sites.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
