Job Description
The Commercial Department is an integral part of a company that focuses on managing and developing the commercial aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product distribution, and managing relationships with customers and business partners. In the beauty industry, this department plays a key role in designing and implementing strategies that can increase sales volume and maximize market growth, both online and offline. Additionally, it handles both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) segments, tailoring strategies to meet the needs of retailers, distributors, and corporate partners (B2B), as well as directly engaging with end consumers (B2C) to drive sales and brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Preferred educational background in Management, Business, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of work or internship experience, particularly in sales, marketing, or commercial management.
- Actively involved in organizational activities or have leadership experience in student organizations or other relevant activities.
- Proficient in using computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and quick to learn.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
