Job Description
- Menangani transaksi penjualan dengan pelanggan internasional dan membina hubungan jangka panjang
- Mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi strategi penjualan untuk memperluas pangsa pasar luar negeri
- Menyusun dokumen export – import termasuk invoice, shipping documents, dan deklarasi bea cukai sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim logistik untuk pengaturan pengiriman, pelacakan barang, dan penyelesaian masalah pengiriman
- Menangani komunikasi dengan pelanggan, pemasok, serta perusaah transportasi secara profesional
- Memantau seluruh proses export – import, termasuk clearance, pembayaran bea masuk, dan kepatuhan terhadap hukum internasional
- Melakukan negosiasi dengan mitra bisnis untuk mendapatkan syarat perdagangan yang kompetitif
- Bekerja sama dengan departemen internal seperti tim finance, logistic dan accounting untuk kelancaraan operasional
Requirements
- Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Management, Business International atau Logistic
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di perusahaan manufacture, khususnya dibidang export – import atau business international
- Menguasai Bahasa Inggris secara aktif (lisan dan tulisan)
- Memahami regulasi export – import
- Memiliki keterampilan negosiasi, komunikasi bisnis internasional, dan manajemen dokumen
- Diutamakan berdomisili di wilayah Tangerang
- Penempatan : Head Office, Alam Sutera

Our first product was Tepung Bumbu or coating mix, a first of its kind on the market at the time. With a focus on delivering quality products to the Indonesian retail consumer, we managed a fast and steady progress. In 1995, we moved our factory to an industrial area in Tangerang, in order to further grow our business. Product line up includes spice mixes, sauces, noodles, pickles, condiments, and other Indonesian specialties. In 2006, we launched our Food Service division which allows KOBE to customize products for other players within the food industry. We enjoy the ability to offer tailor-made solution, both for industrial supply as well as to service outsourcing manufacturing needs. Our current industrial customers include a major multinational player within the food and retail industries. Various innovations in instant spice mixes and batter mixes have increased the presence of our brands in Indonesian households. With a strong concept and the highest product quality, KOBE products have become market leaders across categories. Our more recent success includes BonCabe, BonChili Spicy Chili Sprinkle and Selera Oyster Sauce.
