Job Description
- Coordinate SOP preparations of all menus (working closely with other Chefs)
- Ccreate new food & beverages menus
- Control preparations for big events (weddings, celebrations, etc) & outside catering
- Make food costs & be aware of cost changes
- Mmanage inventory, as well as freshness of ingredients
- Manage kitchen’s cleanliness and hygiene
- Handle budgeting for equipments and staffs
Requirements
- Candidate must own minimum Diploma Degree (or equivalent) in Food & Beverages, Culinary of Art, Tourism & Travel or any relevant major
- At least 6 years of experience in Chef role with minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Chef
- Has solid experience in food and beverages (restaurant, hotel, cafe, or equivalent)
- Has good communication skills; able to speak English is a plus
- Understand food costing and HACCP
- Fast learner and confident
- Able to work in a team
- Flexible and willing to travel
