Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership in driving company performance and efficiency. This role is critical in managing day-to-day priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring strategic tasks are executed seamlessly.

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements (domestic & international)
• Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports with attention to detail
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Track and follow up on action items and ongoing projects
• Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
• Assist in planning company events, offsites, and executive engagements
• Anticipate needs and proactively suggest solutions to support productivity
