Job Description
- Create, manage and execute show start from conception, rundown creation, stage, lighting, sound and camera flow
- Collaborate with Inter and Intra division providing the most efficient way to generate a quality Show
- Communicate and manage client expectations
- Lead, brief and manage the broadcast team during preparation and execution
- Mentor and grow 2-3 manpower
- Able to take decisions and maintain level headed mindset under pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in broadcast, television production, or a related field
- Have 3+ years of experience working as a live-event producer
- Have the ability to give a creative concept and direct in executing a production
- Good time management and decision-making skills
- Good leadership
- Up-to-date digital trends in the production field
- Flexible working time
- Understanding and being able to operate production equipment is a plus
- Being passionate about Esports or gaming industries will be a plus point.
