Job Description
- Plan, organize, and oversee mall events (e.g., promotions, seasonal celebrations, product launches)
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Manage event budgets and timelines
- Ensure event compliance with mall policies and safety regulations
- Provide on-site support and problem-solving during events
- Monitor event performance and gather customer feedback for improvements
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote events
Requirements
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, prefer experience in Mall or Retails Industry
- Good communciation skills, interpersonal skills, and creative out of the box thinking
- Great grooming and apprearance
- Passionate about lifestyle, community, events
- Following the new trend market
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
- Experience in event management is preferred
- Willing to be placed at Menara Jakarta - Central Jakarta
