
Job Description
- Lead full-cycle offline event activations while developing and enforcing the Event Manual Guidelines to ensure operational consistency.
- Translate client requirements into actionable workflows and manage detailed timelines, coordinating internal teams and vendors for seamless alignment.
- Oversee comprehensive event checklists—spanning production, logistics, and permits—and ensure technical readiness through rigorous site visits and rehearsals.
- Supervise event-day operations as the primary problem solver, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to derive insights that drive continuous improvement of operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (with 2–3 years in leadership) within experience as an Event Project Manager.
- Serve as the primary escalation point to proactively identify bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and mitigate delivery risks.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work weekends or holidays to support event schedules.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure, effectively managing tight budgets, strict deadlines, and complex schedules.
- Willingness to be placed in Bandung.
