Job Description
- Coordinate all production elements of events including staging, lighting, sound, LED, rigging, and venue layout.
- Translate client brief and creative concepts into detailed technical requirements and production schedules.
- Work closely with procurement for vendor selection while proactively recommending vendors from a strong, curated database.
- Lead technical coordination during setup and dismantling phases to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Create event production budgets and ensure all costs remain within approved allocations.
- Monitor vendor quotes, track actual spending, and flag any potential overruns before they occur.
- Oversee timeline management, load-in/load-out schedules, and floorplan execution.
- Collaborate with event managers, creatives, and logistics teams to align production needs with event objectives.
- Supervise on-site production and resolve any technical or operational issues during event days.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in event production handling mid-to-large scale events.
- Strong understanding of AV systems, staging, lighting, and event infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage production budgets, cost control, and vendor efficiency.
- Experience interpreting production layouts, 3D renders, and technical drawings.
- Comfortable managing multiple vendors and technical crews simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external teams.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and calm under pressure.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during event periods.
