Job Description
- Event Execution & Implementation
- Execute and manage event launches to ensure timely delivery
- Handle event setup, page checks, and process testing (registration/payment, etc.)
- Coordinate with design, tech, and product teams to ensure smooth execution
- Promotion & Traffic Growth
- Execute event promotion across channels (communities, social media, paid channels, etc.)
- Support promotion planning to increase exposure and participation
- User Engagement & Community Management
- Guide users to participate and improve conversion
- Maintain community engagement and respond to user inquiries
- Enhance user experience and interaction during events
- Data Monitoring & Feedback
- Track key metrics (participation, conversion rate, etc.) in real time
- Identify issues and provide timely feedback for optimization
- Post-Event Support
- Assist in organizing event data and user feedback
- Support post-event analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Minimal pendidikan S1 di bidang Marketing, Komunikasi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang Event Management, Event Operations, atau Digital Campaign
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengelola event end-to-end (online maupun offline)
- Mampu melakukan monitoring dan analisis data (participation rate, conversion rate, dll) secara real-time
- Cepat tanggap dalam mengidentifikasi kendala serta memberikan solusi yang efektif
- Terbiasa menyusun laporan dan melakukan evaluasi pasca event
