Job Description
- Analyze target audience behavior, event trends, and market opportunities to identify effective BTL activation approaches that increase brand visibility for each clinic areas.
- Develop activation concepts that translate area marketing campaign objectives into engaging on-ground customer experiences.
- Determine suitable activation formats, locations, and partnership opportunities to maximize audience reach and campaign impact.
- Execute BTL activation programs including events, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives to effectively deliver campaign messages and attract customer interest.
- Represent the brand during events and activation programs by explaining products, services, and campaign messages to customers to enhance understanding and engagement.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure activation preparation and implementation run smoothly.
- Oversee on-site event execution to ensure brand presentation, customer experience, and operational flow meet company standards.
- Manage activation logistics, materials, and promotional assets to ensure readiness and effectiveness of activation programs.
- Evaluate activation outcomes and prepare reports to assess program effectiveness and generate insights for future improvements.
Requirements
- Min. 1 - 2 years of proven experience in BTL marketing, event management, brand activation, or marketing communications.
- Having experience in Beauty Industry is a plus
