Job Description
- Install and Configure laptop & desktop
- Troubleshooting hardware & software
- Software Installation to end user / client
- Handover device to end user / client
- Receiving and unboxing device
- Proper documentation on receiving and handover of device
- Warranty Claim to vendor / principle
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Diplome or Bachelor)
- Have knowledge and familiar with Hardware (Laptop/PC/etc.)
- Have knowledge installation / configuration of Software
- Have knowledge of Hardware/Software inventory configuration
- Have good communication skills
- Willing to fully working from our Head Office (Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan)
