Job Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of ESH programs, including safety, health, and environmental protection.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ESH policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular ESH inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and submit monthly ESH reports to headquarters, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage data related to waste management, water and air monitoring, and environmental permits in Web SIMPEL KLHK.
- Maintain accurate record and documentation of ESH activities and performance.
- Assign and monitor tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and evaluate team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety and Health, Public Health, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ESH management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in AK3U (Occupational Health and Safety Management System Auditor) and other ESH-related certifications will be a plus.
