Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on SAP Business One, following best practices to modify functionalities, reports, forms, and workflows to meet the company's business needs.
- Integrate SAP Business One with other systems, databases, and applications, ensuring efficient data exchange through interfaces, APIs, and middleware.
- Customize SAP Business One to meet business requirement, modifying logic, and module and setting up access rights.
- Test solutions thoroughly to identify defects and ensure quality, stability, and reliability through unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Create functional documentation, including specifications, designs, test plans, and manuals, and share with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide user support and training, addressing queries, troubleshooting, and delivering sessions to maximize adoption and satisfaction.
- Maintain SAP Business One by applying patches, upgrades, and hotfixes, monitoring performance, and optimizing configurations.
- Follow best practices and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance and high software quality.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Business One Functional Analyst
- Experience in SAP Business One implementation and configuration is a plus
- In-depth understanding of core SAP Business One modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Production, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug SAP Business One system issues
- Knowledge of ERP concepts and business best practices
