Job Description
Reports to: Project Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled ERP Consultant to join our Jakarta office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional ERP solutions tailored to our clients’ business needs. With a focus on understanding and optimizing business processes, this role demands expertise in ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and a client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand their business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
- Configure, implement, and support ERP solutions, such as Acumatica, Odoo, or Microsoft Business Central, in alignment with client needs.
- Conduct system testing, training, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless implementation process.
- Provide technical and functional expertise to clients and internal teams.
- Develop detailed documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance and suggest enhancements for optimization.
- Support data migration activities and ensure the integrity of migrated data.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, Odoo, Microsoft Business Central preferred).
- Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of core business processes, such as finance, supply chain, inventory, and sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP configurations, data migration, and integration processes.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Client-Focused: Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in ERP consulting or a related role.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the Indonesian business landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with Microsoft office products such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Certification in any ERP system will be a significant advantage.
