Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales & Partnership Manager to accelerate growth for our SaaS-based and spend management solutions. This role is responsible for acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving long-term account growth.

  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise clients for spend and payment management solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and expansion targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Finance, Procurement, HR, and C-level executives).
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Operations, and Customer Growth teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular pipeline forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.
  • Stay informed on fintech and SaaS market trends to identify opportunities and strengthen the go-to-market approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B / enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or spend management solutions.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of payment workflows, invoice automation, or payroll integration within enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is , etc.) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
