Mid-Senior Level

Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia

Prior Experience in SaaS/ Software Industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Run a full sales cycle and close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence
  • Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
  • Run online, and occasionally in person, product demonstrations
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to the C-level
  • Work collaboratively with the relevant departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales (selling over the phone, cold calling, presenting, and pitching), preferably B2B at a software company
  • Extensive experience selling to customers in Indonesia.
  • Comfortable engaging with a diverse array of customers
  • Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
  • Previous Experience in a startup is preferred

Desired Skills

  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong customer obsession attitude with evidence of taking independent and appropriate decisions for the customer
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM (Preferably Hubspot), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
