Job Description
- Teaching English with Fun & Creative Environment for all levels and follow instructions adjustment by Centre Manager.
- Oversee the administration, operations, and management of the Learning Centre.
- Responsible for the growth and overall profitability of the Learning Centre. Responsible for Center’s target sales.
- Proper delegation of tasks to staff.
- Create a warm and comfortable environment for students and parents. Maintain a clean and conducive learning environment.
- Working in 2 Shifts (Shift 1 from 10 am to 6 pm) & (Shift 2 from 1 pm to 9 pm) on Monday to Friday. Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma (any field).
- Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in teaching with Phonics Method for students starting 2 years old above.
- Should have “Good Teamwork" and "Good Communication" with colleagues and other departments.
- Good English-speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and must be customer-oriented.
- Willing not to get married and pregnant within 2 years.
- A good team player with a positive “Can Do” attitude.
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficient
- Domicile in Bekasi for applying to ICR Summarecon Bekasi.
- Domicile in Ciputat for applying to ICR Ciputat (Member of ICR Summarecon Bekasi Franchise Group).
