Job Description
- Provide comprehensive supervision and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring effective coordination and execution of engineering projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with operational goals, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Offer expert technical guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges, promoting innovative solutions and best practices.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to achieve project objectives and meet operational demands.
- Continuously assess engineering performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance outcomes.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in engineering
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Will be placed in Plant Rancaekek or Plant Kopo (Bandung)
