Job Description
- Manage Engineering Projects: Lead the planning and execution of projects to improve our manufacturing process. Make sure these projects are done on time, stay within budget, and meet our technical standards.
- Work with Other Departments: Ensure smooth cooperation between the engineering team and other departments like production and quality control. This helps us integrate our engineering efforts seamlessly into our overall operations.
- Lead and Train the Engineering Team: Guide and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Arrange training to keep everyone up-to-date on the latest in automation and process optimization.
- Recommend Improvements: Regularly evaluate our production lines and suggest new technologies or changes to increase efficiency and cut costs. Choose and oversee contractors for specialized tasks, ensuring quality work.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Make sure all engineering activities follow safety, quality, and environmental rules. Set up regular maintenance checks to keep machinery running smoothly and prevent breakdowns.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.
- 5+ Years experience in Engineering of F & B manufacturing preferred.
- Managing the development and execution of engineering projects within budgets.
- Collaborating with other factory management personnel, providing instructions to engineering teams and coordinating work across departments.
- Actively recommending alternative machineries, working methods and hiring contractors for productivity improvement.
- Skills required for this role include analytical and communication abilities, attention to detail, and working knowledge of TPM, ERP & automation.
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang, Bekasi – West Java.
