Job Description
- Support planning, supervision, and execution of civil and facility projects
- Monitor construction progress and facility infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee preventive maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems
- Supervise technical repairs and coordinate with internal teams and contractors
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage energy efficiency and support operational effectiveness
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related field)
- Experience in footwear manufacturing industry is preferred
- Experience in civil projects, construction, or facility management
- Strong project coordination and supervision skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness
- Disciplined in documentation and reporting
- Professional English for reporting; Mandarin (min. HSK 2) is preferred
- Able to work under pressure and in a team
