• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production,and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training
Requirements
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.

• Ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the EN Plating process by conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with the production team & engineering team to optimize machine performance and minimize the downtime, ensuring that production targets are met
