Job Description
- Develop business development plans for solar panel products.
- Create and implement sales strategies, explore new channel opportunities, and develop new market segments to support sales targets.
- Formulate competitive pricing strategies to ensure product marketability.
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide product development in line with customer needs.
- Build brand awareness related to solar panel products through campaigns and outreach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing education and consultation to existing and potential clients.
- Supervise and resolve any customer issues or challenges effectively and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Energy Conversion Engineering, or Power Systems Engineering.
- Preferably has experience in business development within the renewable energy, electrical, or manufacturing industries.
- Experienced in preparing feasibility study documents and PLN tender documents.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development.
