Job Description
- Assist to create monthly content plans, designs for several channels
- Assist to generate event timeline for both internal & external events and implement the execution plans
- Collaborate with talents for content creations
- Collaborate with the team to generate quarterly report
- Conduct market research to keep up to date for the market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 5th semester from Psychology or related major
- Interest and willingness to explore the HR Recruitment field with strong interpersonal skill
- Initiative and good communication
- Fluent in English (Mandarin will be a plus)
- Have related experience or skill in recruiting, employer branding, or other HR functions
