Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & HRIS: Manage and update the employee database within the HRIS (e.g., BIPO & Feishu Business) to ensure data accuracy from onboarding to offboarding;
  • Employee Relation: Communicate regularly with various business departments, maintain close contact with operations, and provide HR guidance and support;
  • Industrial Relation: Do the Termination proccess, Reporting Termination result to Government related department and also handle court administration process;
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all employment contracts (Fixed-term/PKWT or Permanent/PKWTT) and company policies/regulations comply with the Indonesian Labor Law / Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja). Thoroughly understand local legal requirements and comply with laws and regulations to reduce legal risks;
  • Employee Services: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for employees regarding internal policy inquiries, employment certificates (surat keterangan kerja), or company facilities in HR. Properly resolve daily employee relations issues;
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports regarding turnover rates, case statistics, and personnel related information;
  • Help to Develop HR solutions, plans, and policies based on business needs;
  • Provide daily management assistance and consultation to the business, improve employee relations, boost morale, and help to increase employee productivity and retention;
  • Fulfill HR-related responsibilities in Employee Relation or Operations;

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or Accounting is preferred;
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Relation or related section;

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

  • Indonesian Regulations: Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws and Termination System. Industrial Relation is a plus;
  • HRIS Systems: Proven experience using HRIS software;
  • Administration: Strong business correspondence skills and ability to draft legal documents (employment contracts or Operational Procedure);
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent oral and written communication skills (Mandarin is a Plus);
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software;

Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)

  • Have excellent emotional management.
  • Integrity: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and sensitive company information;
  • Problem Solving: Responsive in handling employee grievances related to administration or any Operations matters;
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to complete tasks on time;
