Job Description
- Support the head quarter and stores in delivering engaging training programs
- Help arrange the training team's schedule to deliver training sessions to head quarter & store team effectively
- Assist in development and manage roll out strategy for new and re-launching training programs
- Assist in developing a comprehensive training curriculum and materials
- Responsible for maintaining project calendars and budgets for training programs
- Collaborate with the Education Manager, other division and stores to develop improvement plans to enhance the competencies of the training team and employee
- Responsible for monitoring training results, analyzing performance, and developing improvement plans
- Assist in serving as a bridge between head quarter and stores to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals
- Collaborate with the Education Manager on other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Proven experience in deliver training & develop training modules with min. 4 years experience as trainer, preferably in retail industry
- Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology
- Passionate in teaching and developing people
- Certified as trainer or skilled in video editing will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
