Job Description
Marketplace Insight is seeking experienced and dedicated Ecommerce Specialists to manage our clients in the Beauty and Electronics categories. You will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations, analyzing data, and becoming a reliable "friend" to clients in their efforts to boost sales across various marketplaces. These two categories represent different types of clients; one specialist will handle Beauty clients and another will handle Electronics clients. We are hiring for two levels: Junior and Senior.
- Analyze sales, marketing, and competitive data for the Beauty or Electronics categories on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Bukalapak.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to enhance sales.
- Provide actionable advice and strategies for clients to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize marketing campaigns and promotions for clients.
- Monitor and identify new market opportunities for the Beauty or Electronics categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary liaison between the client and the company.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the e-commerce industry and the Beauty or Electronics categories to provide up-to-date insights to clients.
- Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to deliver clear and actionable reports to clients.
- Support clients in solving issues related to their online sales and provide effective solutions.
- Be open to meeting clients offline occasionally to discuss strategies, provide support, and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- For Junior level: 1-3 years; for Senior level: 4-5 years of work experience in e-commerce, particularly in the Beauty or Electronics categories.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and data visualization tools.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for data analysis and task automation.
