
Job Description
. Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth strategies across e-commerce platforms
(marketplaces & website).
· Analyze user journey and customer experience to improve conversion and overall performance.
. Create sales forecasting and monitor performance to achieve growth targets.
. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including e-commerce staff, customer service, and live
hosts.
. Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
. Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting meetings to review performance.
· Analyze market trends and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
. Proven experience managing brands across multiple marketplaces.
. Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Passionate about team development and growth.
. Experience in a fast-growing company is a plus.
. Background in fashion or beauty industry is a plus.
