Job Description
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience.
- Manage end-to-end operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, promotions, and pricing.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to optimize traffic and conversions.
- Oversee and manage livestreaming sessions, ensuring hosts deliver engaging content that drives sales.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates, ad performance) and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute innovative campaigns to drive traffic and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce space.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in both brands & ecommerce industry
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Proven experience in optimizing digital ads with a focus on ROI.
- Familiarity with managing livestreaming sales activities and coordinating with hosts.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
