Job Description
- Manage and optimize the brand's e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversion.
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales trends to improve user experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.
- Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions on various online marketplaces.
- Monitor competitors and stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is a plus.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to new trends and technologies.
