Job Description
- Maintain supplier relation, product stability, customer complaint and proposed solution of any problem or anomalies in daily operations.
- Develop, manage and do the optimization of promotional campaigns that align with customer behavior and business goals (banner, push notifications, etc).
- Responsible for any ongoing project such as market research, product competitive research, and maintaining communication between partner and internal team.
- Track business performance and conduct reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related fields with 3 years or more experience in e-commerce operations / campaign management / account management
- Understand the e-commerce industry, familiar with daily operations, strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, and have the ability and experience to solve complex problems
- Fluent in English * fluent in Mandarin would be preferrable
