As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist you will have the responsibility in overseeing the smooth functioning of Facetology online retail platform.
Role Overview:
- Conduct screening and identification of product listings suspected to be counterfeit across all marketplace platforms.
- Report suspected counterfeit product listings to the respective marketplace platforms.
- Coordinate with Marketplace Account Managers (AM) / Relationship Managers (RM) regarding the progress of counterfeit product reports.
- Ensure the successful takedown of reported counterfeit product listings.
- Prepare and maintain recap reports of counterfeit product listings and their takedown progress.
- Create and ensure the accurate setup of store vouchers.
- Create and ensure the accurate setup of affiliate promotions.
- Monitor and ensure product prices across all marketplace platforms are aligned with the company's internal pricing policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Min 1 - 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee), and relevant software tools (e.g., inventory management, order fulfillment systems).
- Strong understanding of customer experience optimization, SEO best practices, and managing shop ratings.
- Analytical skills to track and interpret data, and use insights to improve sales performance and efficiency.
- Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Willing to WFO from South Jakarta
