Job Description
- Develop and execute overall e-commerce strategy across platforms (especially TikTok Shop)
- Lead, manage, and mentor junior team members (operations, ads)
- Drive sales growth, traffic, and conversion optimization
- Monitor daily performance (GMV, CVR, CTR, AOV, etc.)
- Plan and execute campaign strategy (flash sale, big campaign, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and KOL teams
- Manage product listing, pricing, and promotion strategy
- Analyze data and create actionable insights for improvement
- Ensure smooth end-to-end ecommerce operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce
- Mandatory: Strong experience in TikTok Shop
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Target-oriented and data-driven
- Good understanding of ads, live streaming, and the marketplace ecosystem
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in English is a must
