Job Description
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for e-commerce campaigns, including key visuals, landing pages, promotional banners, and other digital marketing materials.
- Develop creative visual strategies that enhance the customer journey, strengthen brand consistency, and improve conversion performance across e-commerce platforms.
- Create and optimize marketing collateral for various digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Research, conceptualize, and develop compelling key visuals, creative concepts, and presentation materials to support marketing and business initiatives.
- Proactively contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and overall business growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital creative assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST; from Design Communication Visual, Arts, Communications, or a related field. Preferably have 2 - 3 years experiences in Personal Care & Beauty industry.
- Have good taste regarding making the Key Visual, Digital Imaging & Layouting, also good sensing with aesthetical things.
- Have good communication & team work skills. Enjoy work in a fast-paced creative environment. Willing to work overtime and work on weekend.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skill software; Adobe Family Creative, such as Photoshop, Ilustrator & After Effect
