We’re looking for a data-driven and innovative E-Commerce Channel Manager to drive sales growth across digital platforms. You’ll be the force behind end-to-end e-commerce strategies—crafting campaigns, analyzing gaps, and building a scalable business to win in the ever-evolving online retail world.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies (short to long term) tailored for each brand, channel, and project.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, channel marketing, CRM, etc.) to execute campaigns effectively.
- Optimize internal & external advertising efforts to maximize ROI and GMV growth.
- Monitor team performance, budget spending, and project execution to ensure alignment with strategy and profitability goals.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, platforms, and vendors to strengthen channel performance.
- Lead and coach a team of Key Account Specialists to achieve sales targets and ensure growth.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- 4–5 years in retail/e-commerce industry
- 2+ years in a managerial/leadership role
