Job Description
- Drive category GMV and order growth by managing merchant performance and achieving sales targets. Build and maintain strong merchant relationships, including strategic negotiations to maximize sales and long-term collaboration.
- Manage daily merchant operations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with platform policies and service standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, promotions, and performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
- Coordinate merchant participation in platform campaigns and promotional activities to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Account Management in E-commerce industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with PC or Home & Living industry products, brands, and merchant resources preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
