Job Description
- Support the E-commerce Manager in driving sales growth and profitability across marketplaces and D2C (own website).
- Oversee day-to-day operations on key platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Track and analyze sales performance, campaign ROI, and category development.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, design, and customer service) and marketplace account managers.
- Monitor and optimize ads, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Assist in creating P&L reports and initiatives to improve contribution margin.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using marketplace dashboards and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, pricing strategies, and promotion planning.
- Having background in FMCG, household goods, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
