- Lead and manage the L&D and Engagement team.
- Design and develop engaging training programs, learning materials, and methodologies.
- Lead mass training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Design and execute employee and driver engagement programs, including events, recognition, and internal initiatives.
- Develop creative content and communication materials to support learning, engagement, and company culture.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Employee Engagement, or related fields, preferably in the ride-hailing or logistics industry.
- Proven experience in team management and large-scale training programs.
- Strong in content development, creative thinking, and visual design.
- Proficient in design tools and able to create engaging training and communication materials.
- Strong leadership, public speaking, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Willing to work in the field and support operational activities when required.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
